Over 5+ years of working experience in the tech industry and over 3+ year in Pega Automation Technologies [Pega PRPC, Pega DPA, Java Script, C#, Email Automation]. W
Worked with Banking/Finance/Insurance/Health industries.

Adept at leading large teams, building relationships, multi - tasking, and navigating high-pressure situations.
In a career spanning 5+ years of experience across industry verticals, geographies and a varied client base has developed a strong competency in the areas of Client Relationship Management, Web and Window based applications, SDLC and STLC, Robotic Process Automation, and Agile Methodologies
Has varied levels of exposure on .net, Office 365, C#, SQL Server DB

Skills Required:

Works closely with Product Owners to understand the business needs and establish/contribute to product strategy
Can clearly communicate product vision / strategy to team members and stakeholders.
Should be flexible in accommodating rotational shifts and weekend support.
Responsible for developing product features, prioritizing the backlog, and managing risks while ensuring the iterations and releases are meeting the business objectives Verifies that the delivered software product meets desired business outcomes.
Employs and/or champions Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques.
Be proficient in Product / Project management and clear Product Manager
Assessment to demonstrate Agile/Scrum methodologies knowledge.
Identifies risks, and implements mitigation and contingency plans, focused on early mitigation or elimination of Risks.
Ensures the backlog is populated with enough prioritized user stories that are ready to be estimated for the next two iterations.
Ensures production support time is also included in the team's iteration planning
Actively manages and delivers features and dependencies in and across product releases and works with all the stakeholders involved (external / internal)
Continuously ensures that overall product direction will meet business objectives.
Ensure adherence to all security, legal & other Ford standard and policy compliance
Ensure effective & efficient delivery from the team focus on speed of delivery.
Start-Up mindset i.e., agility, flexibility, fast pace, no hierarchy, out of box thinking, Proactive attitude & not afraid to ask questions and learn.

Skills Preferred :

Technically inclined leader with experience and/or exposure of Pega, RPA, BPM, Java, C#, APIs and Microservices CI, CD and Test-Driven Development using tools like GitHub, Nexus, Jenkins/Concourse, automated testing tools; PCF / Cloud Foundry/MS Azure, Monitoring Tools: Splunk, Dynatrace etc.
Ensures effective usage of Rally and derives meaningful insights from Rally like Velocity of team, Iterations burn down rate etc. to enable the team go further
Ensures implementation of DevOps and software craftsmanship practices like CI/CD, TDD, Pair Programming
Able to assess the overall health of the product and raise key decision to move it forward.
Defines analytics to be collected regarding product and prioritizes their collection.
Communicate often and openly with the team by being responsive to in-person prompts.
