Technical Expertise
- 812 years of hands-on experience in Pega platform development
- Pega Smart Investigate 8.X experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of PRPC Integration Services: Rule-Connects/Services, Activities, Declarative Processing
- Skilled in REST APIs, JSON, and Kafka Topics & Data Flows
- Experience in designing and implementing complex systems and business processes using Pega
Functional Skills
- Proven experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech environments
- Strong grasp of Client-Server and Digital Applications
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and best practices in coding, security, unit testing, and documentation
- Ability to ensure quality across technical and application architecture
Soft Skills
- Influences cross-functional teams with deep technical insights
- Self-motivated and proactive able to drive initiatives independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with senior and executive stakeholders
