We are seeking a skilled and certified Pega Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Pega development, holding both CSA (Certified System Architect) and CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certifications. This role will involve designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to meet our business needs and enhance our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications.
- Work on PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) components including flow rules, flow actions, harness rules, and activities.
- Develop reusable components and integrate with other applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Design and develop application architecture.
- Ensure the best practices in Pega architecture and system design are followed.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Debug and resolve technical issues.
- Work closely with other developers, system architects, and IT support teams.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Pega application development.
- Proven experience in designing and developing Pega applications.
