Job Description
Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.
Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
5+ years of Pega implementations
Experience designing and developing process based solutions or BPM (business process management)
Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design
Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including review alert logs, running pre-flight and PAL.
Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding
Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Must-Have Skills:
Full Stack Engineering practice - Designing, developing, deploying testing
Pega CSSA 7.X
Certifications in Pega CSSA 7.X
Pega Senior Systems Architect Certification.
