We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer - Cash & Collections
Responsibilities
. Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively with the customers (written & verbal)
. Successfully manage accounts receivables portfolio and collect on accounts past due
. Strategize collection activities to maximize cash receipt & good experience in collections
. Establish and maintain accounts receivable communication with customers through phone/ e-mail
. Communicate with customer to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts
. Document all accounts receivable communications on Getpaid including coding of customer disputes and promise to pay
. Meet defined process targets and activity metrics/ SLAs
. Run daily Account Receivables reports
. Ensure prompt, same-day payment applications and quick resolution of any discrepancies in payments (i.e. credits, charge back, etc.)
. Include keeping records of all delinquent accounts, incomplete files, and credit risks.
. Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in collections and credit environment
. Understanding of creation of SOPs
. Shift: UK/US Shift


Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
. B.Com
. I-Speak: 7+
. Proven experience!
. Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making skills
. Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills
. Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
Preferred qualifications
. Proficiency in MS Office
. Good communications and writing skills
. Good analytical and problem solving skills
