Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for planning and organizing induction, onboarding process, payroll & benefits administration.
  • Coordinate with recruiters, new hires, and incumbent stakeholders to plan and execute smooth pre-boarding
  • processes. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless orientation of new joiners.
  • Work with new joiners to guide them with the onboarding process, keep a track of their progress, ensure their data and information is updated.
  • Reviewing, planning, and administering employment benefits (leaves, insurance) schemes to ensure market compatibility.
  • Ensuring all statutory records are kept up to date and correct.
  • Maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and other employee information.
  • Manage employee records in the HR systems and other PD related trackers/ MIS.
  • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Able to define and organize tasks, responsibilities, and priorities.

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of experience in handling HR Operations, with special focus on onboarding activities including Induction and Orientation.
  • High level of discretion ability to deal with highly confidential information appropriately
  • Knowledge/exposure to International HR Operations is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communications (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of various teams along with leading teams
  • Self-starter with strong organization skills - ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint and HRIS/Workday preferred
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and statutory laws
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Excellent communication, coordination and time management skills
