Role Summary

ZOTZ | KLIMAS is currently seeking a Specialist/Pathologist to strengthen its international pathology team. This position is available on a fully remote basis worldwide, including candidates based in India. The role focuses on delivering precise and efficient diagnostic reporting using digital pathology platforms. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of practical pathology experience, combined with expertise in histopathology, immunohistochemistry, and molecular pathology.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform qualified diagnosis of digitized specimens using advanced digital pathology platforms.
• Apply histopathological, immunohistochemical, and molecular pathology expertise to ensure accurate diagnostics.
• Use standardized text modules and templates to deliver structured and efficient reports.
• Collaborate with an international team of pathologists to uphold quality and innovation standards.
• Take part in structured onboarding and ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to precision and innovation in pathology through the use of fully digitized diagnostics.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Completed specialist medical training in pathology (general or specialized).
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in pathology.
• Strong knowledge of histopathological diagnosis.
• Demonstrated experience in immunohistochemistry and molecular pathology.
• Fluency in English (mandatory for onboarding and team communication).
• German language skills are an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• High attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality diagnostic outcomes.
• Comfortable working independently in a digital, fully remote setup.
