About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Partnership Manager to join our team and build our partnerships function from the ground up. This is not a role for someone looking to manage an existing system. You will be working directly with the founder to create, test, and scale our entire partnership strategy.

What You Will Do
- Identify and researchpotential partnership opportunities with complementary Shopify apps and Shopify agencies across the globe
- Execute cold outreach campaignsvia email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations with prospective partners
- Build inbound interestby developing strategies that attract partners to Adfinite organically
- Manage the full partnership funnelfrom first touchpoint to signed agreement
- Conduct calls and meetingswith potential partners to pitch collaboration opportunities and negotiate terms
- Convert opportunities into long-term growth channelsthat drive mutual value for Adfinite and our partners
- Track, analyze, and reporton partnership performance and pipeline metrics
- Collaborate closely with the founderto iterate on strategy and refine processes
What We Are Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and self-starter mindset
- Comfort with cold outreach and initiating conversations with strangers
- Genuine curiosity about the Shopify ecosystem and ecommerce space
- Organizational skills to manage multiple conversations and relationships simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative spirit and eagerness to build something from scratch
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the Shopify App ecosystem or Shopify agencies
- Experience with CRM tools or sales outreach platforms
- Prior exposure to partnerships, sales, or business development (internships or projects count)
