Key Responsibilities:
International Recruitment & Sales:
- Expand the international recruitment channel and develop marketing and recruitment strategies for assigned colleges/universities.
- Increase international student enrollment by recruiting students from diverse regions.
- Drive enrollment applications through internal sales teams, ensuring smooth progression from application to submission and LOA to I-20.
Recruitment Partner Management:
- Negotiate terms of engagement with RPs and provide ongoing training to agents and their staff.
- Conduct regular 1-1 meetings with recruitment partners and internal stakeholders to provide coaching, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met.
- Ensure recruitment partner quality through continuous support, training, and engagement.
Event Participation & Representation:
- Participate in education fairs, webinars, and seminars to promote the college/university and ApplyBoard platform.
- Deliver presentations to prospective students and agents to drive awareness and application volume.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders at universities/colleges.
- Hold team meetings with internal recruitment and sales teams to monitor targets, discuss market developments, and share best practices.
Performance & Target Management:
- Ensure enrollment targets are achieved as per semester and annual goals.
- Monitor and report on recruitment progress and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with region-specific trends and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
Other Duties:
- Provide support and leadership to the sales team as required.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
