Job Description
Job responsibility The role is responsible for delivering business targets for ICS (IoT, Cloud, SaaS) products through channel partners
- Recruit and manage Channel partners to sell IoT and SaaS products
- Controlling Channel & Channel Partner Manpower (FOS) attrition
- Driving the capability building plan with partners by ensuring timely trainings for various parameters
- Assisting the Partners in Large deal Closures by accompanying them for Customer calls
- Aggressively prospect generation through Cold calls and ground activations
- Effective closure of leads from Tele engine and other modes
- Set up processes to monitor and improve CPs performance
- Research within the given industry to create call lists
- Scheduling meetings/ conference calls for Sales/Business Group
- Maintain of a strong contact database with mapping of key decision makers in an account
- Support sales and marketing plans, Keeps a track of leads progression.
- Publish periodical reports
- Sales process enablement, channel account settlement
- Audit sales pipeline quality regularly

- Successful track-record in channel partner management especially in a given market

- Strong Execution abilities
Preferred Skills
Working knowledge of CRM tools like SFDC etc.
Overall Work Experience
8-10 years of relevant experience in technology technology selling, preferably of Software-as-a-Services/IoT Solutions/Products
