Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pardot Marketing Cloud Lead/Architect with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing marketing automation solutions, specifically with Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pardot's capabilities, integration with Salesforce, and the ability to lead a team in developing and executing complex marketing automation strategies
  • As the Pardot Marketing Cloud Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of marketing automation initiatives, optimizing lead management processes, and ensuring alignment with business goals

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Solution Design and Architecture:
    • Develop comprehensive marketing automation strategies and solutions using Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Architect and design scalable and integrated marketing automation solutions that align with business objectives.
  1. Lead and Mentorship:
    • Provide leadership to a team of marketing automation specialists, guiding them in the development and execution of campaigns.
    • Mentor team members on best practices, technical aspects, and industry trends related to Pardot and Marketing Cloud.
  1. Integration and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to understand business requirements and ensure seamless integration between Pardot, Salesforce, and other systems.
  1. Campaign Development:
    • Lead the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging Pardot features such as automation rules, engagement programs, and dynamic content.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Implement and optimize analytics and reporting tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
  1. Governance and Best Practices:
    • Establish and enforce best practices for marketing automation, ensuring the use of standardized processes and adherence to industry standards.
