Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and result-driven Overseas Sales Manager to lead international business development. The role involves acquiring new overseas clients, expanding global business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships for manpower supply and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new international clients for manpower recruitment and staffing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas employers, agents, and business partners.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand global market presence.
Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing models with overseas clients.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and successful fulfillment of client requirements.
Achieve revenue targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in overseas business development and sales in Manpower and recruitment industry.
Strong knowledge of international manpower supply and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop client networks across GCC, Europe, and other international markets.
Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
