We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or hospitality management, with a proven track record of driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure efficiency and quality service.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to meet demand.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the outlet is operating at optimal levels.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-9 years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.
