Outlet Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all HR and operational procedures are implemented and followed as per company policies.
• Supervise, manage, and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Oversee employee development, performance evaluation, and ensure adherence to HR guidelines.
• Plan, forecast, and report on sales, expenses, and business performance in alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor daily store operations, including inventory management, billing, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment aligns with brand image.
• Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to drive revenue and customer footfall.
• Coordinate with the head office for operational updates, reporting, and compliance matters.
• Handle customer escalations professionally to ensure positive resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and company audit requirements.
