Outdoor Catering Manager

Salary : 50000 - 70000

Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Luxury Catering

Personality Traits: Strong communication skills, extroverted, energetic, and team-oriented Key Responsibilities:

1. Catering Operations Management:

Oversee the entire catering process, including planning, preparation, delivery, and execution of catering services at client locations.

Coordinate with the base kitchen, staff, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality service.

2. Client Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their specific requirements and ensuring they are met with precision.

Manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Team Coordination:

Supervise and lead a team of catering staff, ensuring proper delegation of tasks and smooth workflow.

Train and mentor team members to maintain service standards.

4. Inventory and Resource Management:

Ensure all catering equipment, supplies, and resources are available and maintained.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement with vendors as required.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor catering operations or F.O.H (Front of House) management.
