Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Outdoor Advertising Sales in Delhi at Bridgecomm. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to communication, sales, account management, marketing, and business development to promote and sell outdoor advertising solutions in the market.
Requirements
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, Media, or similar field
- 35 years of experience in outdoor advertising, Advertising Agency, Media Sales, OOH media, or corporate sales. Good network with media agencies, brands, and corporates in Delhi
- Strong communication and presentation skills (HINGLISH). Good at negotiation and closing big deals. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Street-smart, self-driven, and target-oriented. What You Will Do Find and onboard new clients for outdoor advertising in Delhi.
- Keep a strong sales pipeline and meet revenue targets. Build and maintain good relationships with agencies, government departments, corporates, and direct clients.
- Understand client needs and suggest the right advertising solutions. Negotiate prices, contracts, and deliverables. Work with internal teams to make sure campaigns run smoothly.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Look for chances to cross-sell and upsell other outdoor formats.

What We Offer
Salary: 50,000 per month or Higher
