We are seeking a skilled Order to Cash Application professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the end-to-end order to cash process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order management, invoicing, and collections.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete order-to-cash process including order management, invoicing, and collections.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and payments.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve any issues related to orders or payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to order processing and cash flow.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in order to cash processes or accounts receivable management.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and order management software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
