Key Responsibilities:

We're seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead with specialized expertise in Payroll to support the US team in the design, configuration, and implementation of payroll solutions aligning with U.S. legislative requirements and organizational policies. You'll collaborate closely with the Maini team to build accurate, compliant, and efficient Oracle Cloud Payroll configurations that integrate seamlessly with other HCM modules. This role requires deep knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and the ability to translate business needs into clean, scalable Oracle HCM solutions.

Here's What You Need:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred

Deep Functional/Technical Oracle Cloud HR and Payroll processing experience

Experience supporting the end-to-end implementation of implementing enterprise payroll systems

Knowledge of US payroll processes and legal requirements

Strong written and Oral skills

Additional consideration if:

Oracle EBS, Lawson or Peoplesoft HR & Payroll Experience

15+ years of industry experience

Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas

Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action

Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders

Excellent people management and relationship development skills

Oracle certifications by module with benefits being key

What You'll Be Doing:

Support the design, configuration of the Oracle Cloud Payroll modules to meet client-specific business and compliance requirements

Build/configure payroll processes including pay groups, earning and deduction elements, and payroll balances

Ensure accurate integration from other oracle cloud modules such as: Core HR, Time and Labor, and Benefits Administration

Configure the system for unique payroll policies, union rules, statutory obligations, and reporting needs

Collaborate with technical consultants to support third-party system integrations

Utilize Fast Formulas for earnings, deductions, validation, and eligibility logic

Prepare for conference room pilot to demonstrate system

Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-deployment issue resolution

Document system designs, test scripts, training guides, and user manuals

Partner with developers, analysts and PMs to ensure client satisfaction, on-time and on budget projects

Develop repeatable design and documentation to streamline future implementations

What You'll Bring to the Table:

5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, with deep knowledge of U.S. legislative requirements

Payroll for other global locations would be a plus

Proven expertise in payroll configuration and compliance within Oracle Cloud HCM

Hands-on experience integrating Payroll with Core HR, Time and Labor, and Benefits

Strong documentation, testing, and stakeholder engagement capabilities

Familiarity with Fast Formula development

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field

Oracle Payroll Cloud certification is preferred
