We are seeking an experienced and passionate Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant.

Primary Skills/Requirements

Responsibilities

Work with Clients, Functional and Technical teams to drive effective management of the application

Support and Manage the Admin activities such as but not limited to

o Keep track of the functionality changes within the system (new release updates)

o Setup migration between environments

o Perform end to end system integration testing and functional testing

o Perform Planning and execution of training, support and transition

Innovate ways to reduce the operational activities

Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solution

Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.

Ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle

Create SOP documentation and update them to Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies

Must have Skills and Qualifications

Process and Configuration knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Global/Core HR and Absence module along with expertise on Redwood enablement.

Thorough knowledge on module configuration and process flows including recent Oracle upgrade releases.

Experience in Redwood implementation across modules.

Oracle Fusion HCM experience 8 - 14 years.

Experience in implementing or Supporting (managed services) Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

Should have conducted client Workshops/Solution Designing and Configuration on the module

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reporting Understanding of OTBI/OBIEE reports, migration and scheduling

Migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environment

Nice to Have skills

Exposure on VBCS for Redwood Personalization
