Summary
This role focuses on supporting the Finance Transformation programme aimed at migrating from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM modules. The primary goal is to ensure the successful deployment of Oracle Fusion solutions within the Finance department, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Configure Oracle Fusion Finance modules per business needs.
- Support the design of the chart of accounts and ledger setup.
- Configure subledger accounting and accounting rules.
- Set up workflow approvals, security roles, and controls.
- Develop and maintain OTBI, BI Publisher, and financial reporting solutions.
- Design and develop integrations using OIC, REST APIs, SOAP services, and file-based interfaces.
- Facilitate migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.
- Perform data mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation activities.
- Configure AHCS accounting rules, mappings, and event classes.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployment.
- Create technical specifications, design documents, runbooks, and support documentation.
Key Requirements
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
- Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
- Proven track record in Oracle Fusion configuration and development.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Familiarity with OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Proven Oracle EBS to Fusion migration experience.
- Experience supporting large Finance Transformation programmes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Banking, Corporate Banking, or Investment Banking.
- Understanding of IFRS reporting, financial accounting, and subledger accounting.
