Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Projects – AM/Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge in Oracle Finance and Project modules, along with proven experience in delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Projects and Finance implementations.
- Deliver 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Configure, implement, and support key modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Project Costing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure proper system configuration, integration, and optimization.
- Provide functional leadership and guide project teams.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive continuous improvements and best practices in implementation and support.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in Oracle Finance/Projects domain
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Experience in Oracle EBS (preferred)
- Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
- Educational qualifications preferred:
- CA / CMA / CWA / ACCA
- MBA (Finance) / M.Tech
- From a reputed university
