Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Projects – AM/Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge in Oracle Finance and Project modules, along with proven experience in delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Projects and Finance implementations.
  • Deliver 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
  • Configure, implement, and support key modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
  • Project Costing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensure proper system configuration, integration, and optimization.
  • Provide functional leadership and guide project teams.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvements and best practices in implementation and support.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in Oracle Finance/Projects domain
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Experience in Oracle EBS (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
  • Educational qualifications preferred:
  • CA / CMA / CWA / ACCA
  • MBA (Finance) / M.Tech
  • From a reputed university
