Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or related field.
5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM as a techno-functional consultant.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and HR business processes.
Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas.
Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API-based integrations.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Oracle Fusion HCM certification is a plus.
