Job Description

LTIMindtree Is Hiring forOracle Fusion HCM- Oracle Time & Labor Consultant

Exp - 3+ Years
Location - Pune
Notice Period - 0 - 30 Days.

JD as below:
  • Should have worked on atleast 2 Oracle Time and Labor End-to-End Implementation.
  • Defining repeating Time Periods.
  • Defining time layout component, time layout sets, Defining Time Categories, Time consumer set, Defining custom time attribute.
  • Defining timecard approval.
  • Should be able to write custom fast formula's and, also be able to setup time entry/ calculation/ device rules (entry validations, over time, shift etc...).
  • Setup worker time entry profile, work time processing profile, HCM group's.
  • Setting Up Elements for Time and Labor (Regular, over time) etc.
  • Defining custom time attribute.
  • Creating a Holiday Calendar, Expiring a Holiday Calendar.
  • Define work schedule for employees and assign the same.
  • Should be able to setup time security roles.
  • Work closely with client on business requirements
  • Flexible for working in US time zone
