Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements.
  • Manage functional design, system configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.
  • Work extensively on Talent Management, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), or Benefits modules.
  • Develop and maintain eligibility Fast Formulas and BI reports for reporting and automation needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, process optimization, and configuration improvements.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), end-user training, and documentation.
  • Ensure timely resolution of production issues and system enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional.
  • Experience in one or more HCM modules : Talent Management, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), or Benefits.
  • Strong experience with Fast Formulas (eligibility) and BI reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of HCM business processes and system integrations.
  • Experience in end-to-end system implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
