About The Role

We're looking for an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant - Finance to join our growing team and help deliver worldclass Oracle Cloud solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong functional expertise in Finance with a passion for process optimization and collaboration. You'll play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Fusion Financials modules to help clients streamline operations and drive business efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand financial processes and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in key modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, recommend best practices, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Partner with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration activities.
  • Support all project phases from requirement gathering and testing to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud updates and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 46 years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 34 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
  • Strong understanding of core financial processes and their alignment with Oracle Cloud capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business, technical, and global delivery teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Oracle Financials Cloud certification(s).
  • Experience in implementing automation or testing frameworks (Opkey, Selenium, etc.).
  • Exposure to cross-functional integration between Finance, Procurement, or Projects modules.
