Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials – AM/Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Oracle Financial modules and proven experience in delivering successful end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support projects.
- Deliver 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Configure, implement, and support key financial modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Project Costing
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Ensure smooth system configuration, enhancements, and integrations.
- Provide functional leadership and guide cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive continuous improvements and ensure best practices in implementation.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in Oracle Financials domain
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
- Experience in Oracle EBS (preferred)
- Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
- Preferred educational qualifications:
- CA / CMA / CWA / ACCA
- MBA (Finance) / M.Tech
- From a reputed university
