About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM AI Enablement Lead / Oracle EPM AI Product Manager to lead the adoption, implementation, and operationalization of Artificial Intelligence capabilities across Oracle EPM Cloud.
The ideal candidate will combine strong expertise in Oracle EPM, FP&A, finance planning processes, AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to identify and scale AI-powered solutions for planning, forecasting, reporting, and enterprise decision support.
This role will work closely with Finance, FP&A, IT, Architecture, Data, and Business stakeholders to define the Oracle EPM AI roadmap, productionalize AI solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes through the effective adoption of emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle EPM AI Enablement & Product Management
- Lead the adoption and rollout of AI capabilities across Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Define and execute the Oracle EPM AI product roadmap and strategic vision.
- Identify high-value AI use cases across Finance, FP&A, planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support.
- Drive AI solutions from proof of concept through production deployment and enterprise-scale adoption.
- Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
- Drive stakeholder adoption, user enablement, and measurement of business outcomes.
Oracle EPM Cloud & Functional Expertise
- Lead AI enablement across Oracle EPM Cloud platforms, including:
- EPBCS / PBCS
- FCCS
- Narrative Reporting
- Data Integration
- Oracle EPM Cloud
- Drive the use of IPM Insights, anomaly detection, predictive forecasting, Auto Predict, and Generative AI narrative reporting.
- Leverage AI to enhance variance analysis, executive reporting, management commentary, planning, and forecasting processes.
- Apply strong knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and management reporting processes.
AI, Machine Learning & Intelligent Automation
- Identify and implement AI and machine learning use cases within Oracle EPM.
- Support predictive analytics and forecasting initiatives to improve business planning and decision-making.
- Leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance reporting and financial insights.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to Oracle EPM and Finance processes.
- Continuously explore opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, accuracy, and business value.
Integration & Technical Enablement
- Integrate Oracle EPM with third-party systems using REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, MCP, and modern integration architectures.
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to design scalable and secure AI-enabled integration solutions.
- Support the productionalization and operationalization of AI solutions across enterprise environments.
- Contribute to technical architecture, solution design, and integration strategy for Oracle EPM AI capabilities.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for AI adoption within Oracle EPM.
- Define appropriate processes for AI solution implementation, monitoring, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives, enterprise architecture, and organizational standards.
- Stay current with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, predictive analytics, machine learning, and Oracle EPM capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience working with Oracle EPM.
- 3+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, Intelligent Automation, or related technologies.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Oracle EPM Cloud
- EPBCS / PBCS
- FCCS
- Narrative Reporting
- Data Integration
- Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial reporting processes.
- Experience driving technology adoption and delivering solutions from proof of concept to production.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of AI enablement initiatives.
