Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPBCS Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, enhancing, and supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting solutions. The role requires close collaboration with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle EPBCS applications.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects planning modules.
- Develop and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Build data integration solutions using Data Management, Data Integration, Data Exchange, and EPM Automate.
- Manage metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, security, and workflow configurations.
- Integrate EPBCS with Oracle ERP, General Ledger, and other enterprise systems.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
- Create Smart View reports, Financial Reporting (FR) reports, and management dashboards.
- Prepare technical documentation and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Collaborate with Finance and FP&A teams for budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
Required Skills
- 6–14 years of IT experience with strong Oracle EPM Cloud experience.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle EPBCS implementation and support projects.
- Expertise in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects modules.
- Experience with Calculation Manager, Business Rules, and Groovy Scripting.
- Experience with Smart View, Financial Reporting, and Dashboards.
- Knowledge of Data Management, Data Integration, Data Exchange, and EPM Automate.
- Strong understanding of Finance, FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Experience integrating EPBCS with ERP, GL, and other financial systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle EPM Cloud Certification.
- Experience with Oracle EDMCS, ARCS, PCMCS, or FCCS.
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, or Shared Services domains.
