We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Payroll Technical Consultant with deep expertise in HRMS modules including Payroll and Benefits. The role involves leading projects, developing technical solutions, and supporting payroll and benefits integrations.
Location : PAN INDIA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Oracle EBS Payroll and Benefits projects.
- Provide technical and functional expertise in EBS R12.2.9 Payroll & Benefits.
- Collaborate with teams to implement and enhance payroll and benefits solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, support testing, and conduct user training.
- Document system configurations and process flows.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 9+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Payroll Technical.
- Proven experience in 23 support projects and end-to-end implementations.
- Expertise in Payroll Fast Formula, Data Model, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OAF, and Unix/Linux scripting.
- Deep understanding of HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes and statutory requirements (US Legislation).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Open to flexible time shifts (3:30 PM12:30 AM IST / 4:30 PM1:30 AM IST).
