We are seeking an Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team. As an Oracle DBA, you will manage and optimize Oracle database systems to ensure reliability, security and performance. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting of Oracle databases.
Job Type : Full Time/Permanent/WFO
Afternoon/Evening shifts.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience on Oracle Database Administration (9i, 10g, 11g & 12c & 19c) experience.
- Evaluate the Database Server Hardware.
- Define/Recommend/Maintain database Standards and Architecture.
- Future Release management for database/instance and Impact Analysis.
- 3rd Party Vendor Support and Interaction (including TAR and OS) and can handle Client Independently
- Should be able to mentor L1 DBAs.
- Usage of AWR and ADDM, translate this and suggest the improvement based on this.
- Experience on Database Migration, Installation, Upgrades and Patching.
- Strong knowledge on database Backup and recovery concepts.
- Strong knowledge on Data guard administration
- Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
