Job Description
Duties of Position: (Include specific duties and responsibilities)
- 3 to 5yrs of experience in Oracle Apps Database Administration of 11i and R12 applications with Database 11g & 12c.
- Strong working experience in monitoring, performance tuning & production support
- Experience in managing very large, highly transactional, multiple RDBMS Oracle Databases.
- Expertise in all major versions of technology stack including Database, iAS, Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Java, Enterprise Manager, SOA, WebLogic and JVM
- Should have experience on ADPatch, Autoconfig utility, AD utilities etc.
- Must have an experience in Database Installations & upgrades
- Hands on experience in ASM & Data Guard
- Hands on experience in database backups & Data Guard
- Develop scripts for database task scheduling, monitoring and maintenance.
- Knowledge in RAC will be an advantage
- Readiness to work in shifts and Weekend On call support
- Good communication skills to interact with Customers
