Oracle CX Cloud Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Oracle CX Cloud Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional expertise and technical skills including Groovy scripting, OTBI, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Act as a techno-functional consultant for Oracle CX Cloud implementations and support.

·       Configure and customize Oracle Sales and Service Cloud modules.

·       Develop and maintain Groovy scripts to fulfill business requirements.

·       Experience in designing required Integrations to Oracle CX with external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs.

·       Design and generate reports using OTBI.

·       Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

·       Participate in solution design, testing (SIT, UAT), and go-live activities.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.

·       Provide post-production support and enhancements based on user feedback.

Required Skills:

·       2–7 years of experience in Oracle CX Cloud (Sales & Service Cloud).

·       2-3 end-to-end implementation project experience is required.

·       Strong techno-functional knowledge in Oracle Sales and Service Cloud modules.

·       Proficiency in Groovy scripting for UI and object-level customizations.

·       Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI for reporting and analytics.

·       Strong understanding of CRM processes and customer lifecycle management.

·       Ability to write SQL queries and troubleshoot data-related issues.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

·       Oracle CX certifications (Sales/Service Cloud).

·       Experience in debugging performance issues and optimizing Groovy scripts.

·       Exposure to other Oracle Cloud modules (Marketing, CPQ, etc.).

·       Understanding of pre-sales or proposal support is a plus.

Education:

·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
