HCM Functional Consultant - Talent, Learn and ORC

Roles & Responsibilities
Functional Expertise in Oracle Cloud Talent Management, Learn Management and Oracle Recruiting cloud.
Completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Talent, Learn and ORC modules.
Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
Should be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework.
Should have good knowledge in Goal management, career management and performance management, Learn and Oracle recruiting cloud.
Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Business Teams (HR) teams.
Understand the business requirements and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle HCM Cloud
Product Skills
Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud product.
Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities.
Apply business process and system expertise to bring forth leading practice recommendation in the area of Learning management that maximize process efficiencies/effectiveness and minimize future state maintenance efforts.
Use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution to achieve client expected business results through process design, product configuration & prototypes, functional design, product personalization/customization and testing the application.
Educate and ensure the client takes advantage of Oracle HCM best practices and identify opportunities to position additional service offerings to clients.
Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ORC implementation.
Configure and customize ORC module to meet client-specific needs, including organization structure setup, position management, employee data management, and other HR processes.
Configure and customize Oracle Recruiting Cloud to meet client specific needs, including Application flow, Candidate selection process, Offer Management, Interview Management and advance recruiting.
Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure smooth transition of HR data from legacy systems to Recruitment.
Design and implement security models and access controls to ensure data confidentiality and integrity within Oracle.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ORC system issues, including resolving configuration errors, data discrepancies, and user inquiries.
Conduct end-user training sessions and create user documentation to facilitate smooth adoption of system.
