Job Description

Hiresquad Resources is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions. If you possess deep functional expertise in Oracle SCM modules and excel at collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful cloud implementations, we encourage you to join our client's team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Procurement and Inventory, encompassing requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and configure SCM modules accordingly.
  • Implement and optimize key SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management.
  • Ensure seamless integration with Oracle Financials Cloud and other ERP modules.
  • Provide comprehensive training and knowledge transfer to end-users, facilitating smooth adoption of Oracle Procurement Cloud.
  • Conduct system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, and provide go-live support to ensure a successful deployment.
  • Monitor Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and provide impact assessments for ongoing system improvements.
  • Work on data migration and support technical teams on custom reporting and API integrations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Oracle Projects, with at least 2+ years specifically in Oracle Cloud Procurement Cloud.
  • Functional Knowledge: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Procurement modules.
  • Implementation Skills: Experience in configuring and implementing the Oracle SCM Cloud modules listed above (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management).
  • Reporting Tools: Hands-on experience with Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Integration Knowledge: Knowledge of integration with Oracle Financials Cloud, PPM, and other third-party applications.
  • Support Capabilities: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support post-go-live.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
