Overview
The Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Compensation Functional Consultant plays a crucial role in implementing and maintaining Oracle Cloud HCM solutions related to talent management and compensation for our organization. They are responsible for understanding our business requirements and configuring the Oracle Cloud HCM system to meet those needs. This role is essential in ensuring that our talent management and compensation processes are effectively supported by the Oracle Cloud HCM solution, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand talent management and compensation requirements.
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules related to talent management and compensation, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Participate in the design and implementation of talent management and compensation processes within the Oracle Cloud HCM system.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the functionality and performance of talent management and compensation modules.
- Provide guidance and support to end users in utilizing talent management and compensation features within the Oracle Cloud HCM system.
- Participate in project planning and management activities related to talent management and compensation implementations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate talent management and compensation solutions with other systems.
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM best practices and updates related to talent management and compensation functionality.
- Assist in the documentation of talent management and compensation processes and configurations.
- Participate in training and knowledge transfer activities for talent management and compensation modules within the Oracle Cloud HCM system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with a focus on talent management and compensation.
- Demonstrated expertise in understanding talent management and compensation processes and translating them into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM security and access controls related to talent management and compensation modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
- Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Compensation modules is preferred.
- Experience in conducting user training and providing ongoing support for talent management and compensation functionalities.
- Understanding of HR best practices and regulations related to talent management and compensation.
