About the Role

We are looking for a driven, curious, and outcome-oriented Associate Consultant to join our Oracle Cloud consulting team. This is a great role for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real implementations, fast learning, and the opportunity to grow into a full consultant role in a short time.

What You'll Do

Support Implementation Projects: Work closely with senior consultants to implement Oracle Cloud modules system configuration, testing, data validation, and solution deployment.

Requirement Gathering: Participate in client discussions to understand business needs and translate them into functional/technical requirements.

Troubleshooting & Support: Assist in resolving issues during and post-implementation phases.

Documentation: Create & maintain configuration guides, test scripts, training material, and process flows.

Client Training: Support delivery of user training sessions and help clients adopt new system capabilities.

Continuous Learning: Stay tuned into Oracle Cloud updates, certifications, and product advancements we will support your learning and certifications.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

02 years of experience with Oracle Cloud (internships / project experience counts).

Understanding of either Oracle Cloud HCM / ERP / SCM concepts is a plus.

Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills IS A MUST.

Confident communicator who is willing to ask questions, learn, and take ownership.

Ability to work in an outcome-driven and fast-paced environment.
