Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Apps DBA Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 8 years of hands-on experience managing Oracle databases and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2, along with expertise in platform migration, upgrades, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role requires immediate availability and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities & Job Profile:

Experience: 7 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Database Administration.

• Database Management: Manage and optimize Oracle databases and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2.
• Platform Migration & Upgrade: Lead and execute platform migration and upgrade projects, including upgrades to Oracle 19c.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Implement and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture and migration projects.
• Backup & Recovery: Develop and maintain Oracle database backup and recovery strategies.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve database and application issues.
• Project Leadership: Lead projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• 7 to 8 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA, with a strong focus on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2 and Oracle databases.
• Proven experience in leading platform migration and upgrade projects, including Oracle 19c upgrades.

Skills:

• Proficient in Oracle database management, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its implementation.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining backup and recovery strategies for Oracle databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead projects to successful completion.
