This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist & Sales Manager, based in Morbi, India. The role includes conducting eye exams, diagnosing vision problems, and prescribing corrective solutions such as glasses or contact lenses. In addition, the individual will oversee and manage sales, assist customers in selecting eyewear, and ensure an excellent in-store experience. The position also involves working collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

• Professional optometry skills, including conducting eye exams, vision problem diagnosis, and prescription of glasses or contact lenses
• Sales and customer service skills, with the ability to recommend and sell eyewear based on individual needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and assist them effectively
• Experience in team management and achieving sales goals
• Knowledge of the eyewear industry and latest trends is an advantage
• Relevant optometry qualification required; retail experience is a plus
