Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vision tests and analyze the results while diagnosing sight problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and eye diseases
- Provide treatments such as vision therapy or low-vision rehabilitation
- Deliver high customer service-oriented eye check-ups and build strong relationships with customers by explaining the eye exam process of refraction
- Demonstrate clinical competence to assist in providing customers with the best lenses and contact lenses
- Assist customers in selecting their lenses and frames
- Perform over-the-counter sales
- Commit to customer satisfaction by always putting the customer's needs first, conducting competent eye tests, and greeting customers immediately when they enter the store
