Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optometrist located in Jamnagar. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing vision problems, and prescribing corrective lenses or treatments. Additional duties include educating patients on eye care practices, maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, and collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional patient service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in conducting eye exams, diagnosing vision issues, and prescribing appropriate solutions
- Strong knowledge of optometric tools, techniques, and treatments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to educate and interact effectively with patients
- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
- Licensed to practice optometry and relevant certifications in compliance with local regulations
- Willingness to stay updated on advancements in optometry and eye care practices
- Previous experience in retail or clinical optometry is an advantage
