Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist and Store Manager located in Bengaluru. The Optometrist and Store Manager will be responsible for performing comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing and treating eye-related disorders, and advising patients on eyewear options. Daily tasks include managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records of patient history and progress, providing personalized fittings, and ensuring the store meets its sales targets.

- Professional skills in Optometry and Eye care
- Store management and team leadership experience
- Customer service and patient care skills
- Inventory management and sales knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Optometry or a related field
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Bengaluru
- Experience in the eyewear or optical retail industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
