Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Ops Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team.
The Operations Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the financial performance of our media income streams. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of media income dynamics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to drive financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to media income.
- Collaborate with multiple teams within network to develop and implement pricing strategies, revenue optimization initiatives.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and manage client contracts, ensuring accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, and compliance with contractual terms.
- Support the negotiation of Operations agreements and contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies, collaborating with internal teams and external partners for resolution.
- Generate precise and timely invoices for media services provided.
- Oversee the collection process, addressing client inquiries and facilitating prompt payments.
- Income Distribution:
- Coordinate the distribution of media income to relevant stakeholders in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Ensure compliance with distribution policies and calculations.
- Execute month-end financial processes, including reconciliation, accruals, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely month-end closure.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal financial policies.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and implement necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of accounts and finance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
