Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Team Leader to oversee the operations of our Fintech Accounts (Voice)team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fintech sector, excellent leadership abilities, and the capability to manage and nurture client relationships. The role involves driving the team's performance, ensuring seamless client servicing, and overseeing the execution of projects and strategies to meet business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 4-5+ years of experience in account management or client servicing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team management role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of fintech products, services, and technologies (such as payment systems, money transfer)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering high client satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the fintech space is a plus.
