Experience in solution design and implementation in infrastructure and networking domains.
Strong background in managing multiple, concurrent deployment projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Provide Project Management services for Network deployments, including (Resource planning as per forecast/Task allocation and planning and Regular project tracking and updates)
Manage project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.
Study infrastructure deployment procedures and discuss with TPMs/PgMs/Planners.
Scheduling remote resources, managing access, and tracking projects during execution and extending necessary support.
Work with customers for requirement gathering.
Report project analysis using dashboards, reports, and decks.
Revise documents as new issues arise.
Create and update BoM (Bill of materials) per project requirements.
Update workflows/dashboards and assign bugs as needed to infrastructure TPMs.
Proven ability to manage diverse technical teams, with strong emotional intelligence (EQ) to foster inclusive collaboration and effectively mediate complex team or stakeholder conflicts.
