We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Manager to oversee our company's operational activities in India. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations management, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency in all processes
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations
Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Train, mentor, and develop team members for optimal performance

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any stream, Operations Management, or related field
2-5 years of experience in operations management or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
