We are hiring a Manager B.Ed Operations to ensure smooth execution of contracts with B.Ed

colleges. This role requires strong project management and delivery oversight, ensuring

onboarding, compliance, and reporting for college partnerships.

Location: Noida

Key Accountability & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operations for B.Ed college contracts.

Ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of colleges.

Coordinate with academics, product, and finance teams for delivery.

Prepare compliance and impact reports for stakeholders.

Supervise an Associate handling coordination and documentation.

Optimize processes and ensure timely delivery.

KPIs / Success Measures:

% of colleges onboarded on time.

Compliance accuracy with NCET/education regulations.

Satisfaction and renewal rates of college partners.

Quality and timeliness of reporting.

Requirements:

6 to 10 years in operations/project management, preferably in higher education.

Strong knowledge of education delivery processes.

Excellent documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management.

MBA/PG in Operations/Education Management preferred.
