Job Description

Responsibilities

Project Manager - Procurement
Key responsibilities
. Define, build, and drive project plans and timelines
. Support business case creation
. Control project scope, goals, and deliverables
. Manage tasks and allocate project resources
. Capture minutes/action items of meetings/workshops
. Closely monitor and manage project budgets
. Track tasks, deliverables, risks, issues, and milestones
. Manage implementation efforts (UAT, QA)
. Data analytics on the data required to enable the delivery by region
. Create and distribute regular project status updates and reporting
. Manage project change request process
. Create solution documentation (User Guides, training materials)
. Ongoing evaluation of project delivery and adoption of lessons learned

Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role, you must have:
. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management
. Excellent English communication skills written, verbal and presentation
. Ability to apply theoretical and practical project management knowledge
. Assertive and clear communicator with the ability to lead effective and focused meetings
. Experience managing multiple concurrent agile projects
. Curiosity that leads you to constantly learn, challenge the status quo, and embrace transformation
. Respect for others and a desire to work as a team with diverse skills and backgrounds
. Strong ability to prioritize and drive actions within project team
. Ability to think strategically and proactively propose solutions
. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Ariba is preferred
PMP certification is preferred
