About Us

VidaXL is an international retailer brand, expanding its operations with a new office in Hyderabad, India. Our office will work closely with our headquarters in the Netherlands and our office in China to perform various e-commerce activities, including marketing, copywriting, design, back-office functions, and customer service. As we grow, we aim to support 200 employees by the end of 2024, expanding to 500 within two years.

Your Role

Responsibilities

As an Order Management Specialist in the Back Office, you will play a vital role in handling and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely management throughout the order lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:

  • Order Entry: Accurately enter customer orders into the system, verifying customer information, shipping addresses, and product availability.
  • Order Validation: Manage orders that require additional validation or corrections to ensure timely release for logistics.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
  • Monitoring: Monitor and report on order status, generating related reports as necessary.
  • Procedure Adherence: Follow established procedures and protocols for order processing and data entry.

What You Bring

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, excellent organisational and multitasking skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, strong communication skills.
