The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Reviewing, advising, negotiating and drafting various commercial contracts.
- Advising teams on legal and risk management issues.
- Mitigating legal and commercial risk by improving awareness and understanding of legal impacts affecting the business.
- Facilitating the effective handling of legal matters.
- Performing legal and factual research and reviewing and monitoring new or updated laws and regulations.
- Drafting legal documents including briefs, agreements, contracts and legal memoranda.
- Organising, analysing, cross-checking and validating information.
- Assisting with filing of court documents as well as general management of case files.
Ideal Profile
- Focus on #CPM/#SLA, One to one Relation building, Good with Analytical skills/ MS Excel / Presentation skills Excellent verbal / written Communication skills
- Minimum 2 Years of On #paper experience as Operations Manager.
- Legal Back office experience is also Must.
- Minimum 100+ FTE's handling experience.
- Willingness to work in 24*7 working environment.
