Responsibilities

. Supervising & leading the respective teams
. Ensure proper reporting and communication management mechanism for success of the engagement.
. Identify and implement best practices and process improvement opportunities
. Resolve any escalated issues
. Identification of opportunities for savings
. Ensure that SLA are met
. Quality Management activities
. Conduct periodic individual performance reviews
. Identify training requirement for team members and facilitate them
